The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) is the leading National Professional non-profit making society for the technical education system in our country with the motto of career development of teachers, personality development of students, and overall development of the technical education system.
Mar Athanasius College of Engineering has an active ISTE Institutional Chapter and Student Chapter (KE-015) with a multitude of technical and cultural activities providing guidance and training to students in all branches of engineering and technology to develop better learning skills and personality. Faculty development programmes and workshops for teachers are actively organized under the Institutional Chapter to update the knowledge and skills in their fields of activity. Workshops, technical talks, and technical competitions for students are conducted actively in all the branches of engineering under the Student Chapter to assist and contribute to the production and development of top-quality professional engineers and technicians needed by the industry and other organizations.
